We encourage active membership in the various professional societies, such as the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Our firm has successfully completed all independent quality reviews of our accounting and auditing practices which concluded that we comply with the quality control standards set by the American Institute of CPAs since the adoption of these standards. A copy of the most recent report is available for inspection.

Key members of the firm include:

• David E. Erickson, Jr., CPA - David has over thirty years of experience in public accounting. Prior to the formation of the firm, he was an audit manager with a national CPA firm. David has extensive audit experience, including publicly and closely held business, not-for-profit organizations, real estate investments, and employee benefit plans. He also devotes considerable time to estate and tax planning issues.
• Robin C. Demel, CPA - Robin has been with the firm since 1978 and has worked in a wide variety of accounting and tax areas. His responsibilities include engagement review and quality control for the firm. His specific areas of experience include tax and bankruptcy planning, representation on Internal Revenue Service examination and collection issues, and business and individual tax compliance planning and research.
